WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?
Hypnosis is different for each individual- some people experience a sensation of "floating" above their bodies, others of seeing colors, others of feeling just plain "good"- more relaxed than they've felt in a long time. In hypnosis, you are also aware of everything going on around you and of thoughts running through your head similar to what you are experiencing now. This can tend to make a person think they are not hypnotized but, in fact, they are.

CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTIZED?
Anyone of at least average intelligence, who can follow directions can be hypnotized. Occasionally, a person may need several attempts before actually entering into trance. What causes this? This is actually a misunderstanding as the proper use of hypnosis actually gives you greater control over all aspects of your life.
